The Top Keywords card shows the topics that come up most often in your conversations. Each topic is displayed as a horizontal bar, ranked by how frequently it appears.
What You See
Each entry shows:
- Topic name -- the subject visitors are asking about
- Count -- how many times this topic appeared in conversations during the selected period
Topics are listed from most frequent to least frequent.
How to Use This
- Spot knowledge gaps -- if a popular topic has a low resolution rate (check Resolution Rate), your companion may need better training content for that subject.
- Discover unexpected use cases -- visitors sometimes use your companion for things you did not anticipate. Popular unexpected topics might warrant adding dedicated resources.
- Validate your content strategy -- if the topics you have invested the most resources into are also the most popular, your content is well-aligned with demand.
- Track changes over time -- use different date ranges to see how topic popularity shifts.
