Guides
Build interactive, multi-step workflows that walk users through structured experiences.
Guides are interactive, multi-step workflows that your companion can present to users. Think of them as structured walkthroughs -- troubleshooting wizards, onboarding flows, product tours, or any scenario where you want to lead someone through a sequence of steps rather than a freeform conversation.
Each guide is made up of steps, and each step contains blocks -- text, images, videos, documents, questions, actions, and more. Question blocks support branching, so the path a user takes can change based on their answers.
Where to Find Guides
Guides live under each companion. Open any companion and click Guides in the navigation drawer to see all guides belonging to that companion.
The guides view displays your guides in a grid layout. Each guide card shows the guide's name, description, step count, and a status badge (Draft or Published). You can drag and drop guide cards to reorder them, and use the search bar to find a specific guide by name.
