Geographic Distribution

See where your visitors are located around the world.

The Geographic Distribution card shows a world map with countries shaded by visitor volume. Darker shading indicates more visitors from that region.

What You See

World Map

Countries are shaded based on how many visitors interacted with your companion from that location. Hover over a country to see the exact count.

Location Leaderboard

Below the map, a ranked list shows your top countries by session count. This gives you a precise breakdown of where your traffic comes from.

How to Use This

  • If a significant portion of your visitors come from non-English-speaking countries, consider adding multilingual support or creating resources in additional languages.
  • Geographic data can help you decide on timezone-specific welcome messages or availability hours.
  • Unexpected geographic concentrations may reveal markets you were not actively targeting -- consider creating region-specific content for those audiences.
  • Use this alongside Device Analytics to understand regional technology preferences.
