Response Quality
See how your companion scores across five quality dimensions.
The Response Quality card uses a radar chart to score your companion across five quality dimensions. An overall letter grade summarizes the results at a glance.
Quality Dimensions
Each dimension is rated on a scale of 1 to 5:
| Dimension | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Relevance | How well responses match what the visitor actually asked |
| Correctness | Whether the information provided is accurate |
| Completeness | Whether responses fully address the question without leaving gaps |
| Clarity | How easy the responses are to understand |
| Tone Fit | Whether the tone matches your companion's configured personality |
Overall Grade
The center of the radar chart displays a letter grade from A (excellent) to E (needs significant improvement), calculated from the average of all five dimensions.
How to Use This
- Focus your improvement efforts on whichever dimension scores the lowest.
- Low Relevance or Correctness usually means your companion needs more or better training content.
- Low Completeness may indicate your resources cover topics at a surface level but lack detail.
- Low Clarity can sometimes be fixed by adjusting your companion's system prompt to be more concise.
- Low Tone Fit suggests revisiting your companion's personality settings in the Persona tab.
