Signing Up

How to create your Aura account and get started.

Creating an Aura account is quick and free. Here's how to do it.

Visit the sign-up page

Go to the Aura sign-up page. You'll see a clean form with the ZippiAi logo at the top.

Pick your mode

Before anything else, you'll see two tabs at the top of the form: Explore and Create.

  • Explore — Choose this if you want to discover and chat with companions. It's free.
  • Create — Choose this if you want to build your own companions.

Just tap the one that fits. The selected tab lights up so you know which one is active.

Choose your sign-up method

You have three options:

  • Email and password — Enter your email, create a password (at least 8 characters), and confirm it. Then hit Create Account.
  • Google — Click the Google button to sign up with your Google account. You'll be redirected to Google to authorize, then sent right back.
  • Microsoft — Click the Microsoft button to sign up with your Microsoft account. Same process as Google.

If you go with email and password, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in that email to activate your account before signing in.

You're in!

Once your account is verified (or if you used Google/Microsoft), you'll be signed in and redirected to the app. If you chose Explore mode, you'll land on the Explore page. If you chose Creator mode, you'll land on your home page.

Have a referral code?

If someone invited you to Aura, you can enter their referral code during sign-up. Look for the "Have a referral code?" link below the password fields. Click it, enter the code, and if it's valid, you'll see a green checkmark with the name of the person who referred you.

Referral codes can also come as a link — if you clicked a referral link to get here, the code will already be filled in for you.

Not sure which mode to pick? Read Choosing Your Mode for a full comparison. You can always switch later.

You can switch between Creator and Explore mode at any time from your profile menu. Nothing is permanent — see Switching Modes.

Already have an account?

If you already signed up, head to the Sign In page instead. There's also a link at the bottom of the sign-up form that says "Already have an account? Sign In."
