Dashboard
Your at-a-glance view of how all your companions are doing.
The Dashboard is your command center for everything happening across your entire account. Unlike Companion Insights, which focuses on a single companion, the Dashboard gives you the big picture -- all your companions, all your visitors, and all your resource usage in one place.
Want to drill into a specific companion's data? Go to that companion and open its Insights page instead. The Dashboard is for the bird's-eye view.
The Dashboard is organized into three tabs:
Analytics
Organization-wide conversation quality, sentiment, response quality scoring, lifecycle stages, friction signals, geographic distribution, and keyword trends.
Engagement
Visitor activity across your whole account -- session counts, visitor traffic, engagement rates, a ranked Companion Performance table, chat session insights, and a detailed visitor table with expandable user profiles.
Usage
Your subscription details, credit balance, storage and training token usage, and a credit consumption chart covering all companions.
The Dashboard opens to the Analytics tab by default, giving you a comprehensive overview of conversation quality and companion performance.
