Dashboard

Your at-a-glance view of how all your companions are doing.

The Dashboard is your command center for everything happening across your entire account. Unlike the Companion Dashboard, which focuses on a single companion, the Dashboard gives you the big picture - all your companions, all your users, and all your resource usage in one place.

Detailed field-by-field breakdowns for every card and table live in the Metrics - the pages below link straight into it.

Want to drill into a specific companion's data? Go to that companion and open its Dashboard page instead. The Dashboard is for the bird's-eye view.

A shared date range picker and granularity selector sit in the sticky header bar alongside the tab navigation. Your date selection persists when you switch between tabs, so you can compare Analytics and Engagement data for the same period without re-selecting dates.

The Dashboard is organized into four tabs:

The Dashboard opens to the Analytics tab by default, giving you a comprehensive overview of conversation quality and companion performance across your organization.

Loading and Empty States

Every card and table on every tab follows the same pattern: while data is loading, it shows a skeleton placeholder in its own shape (a card-sized block, a table's worth of skeleton rows); once loaded, a brand-new organization with no conversations yet shows its cards at zero rather than hiding them, so you can see the layout is working correctly even before you have data. Tables (Support tickets, Engagement's session/user tables) additionally distinguish "no results for this filter" from "nothing here yet" - clearing your filters is the fix for the former.

The shared date range and granularity selector also show a brief loading state of their own while the companion/organization data underneath them is still being fetched.
