Sales Signals

Track buying intent detected in your conversations.

The Sales Signals card surfaces conversion opportunities by detecting buying intent in your conversations. It helps you identify visitors who are actively considering a purchase.

Sales Signals only appears when your companion handles conversations where buying signals are detected. If no signals have been found in the selected date range, this card will not be shown.

What You See

The card displays the total number of conversion opportunities found during the selected period. You can filter by intent level:

  • All -- every detected signal
  • High -- strong buying intent (e.g., asking about pricing, requesting a demo)
  • Medium -- moderate interest (e.g., comparing features, asking about availability)
  • Low -- early-stage exploration (e.g., general product questions)

Opportunity Table

A searchable table lists each detected opportunity with:

ColumnWhat It Shows
Intent LevelHigh, medium, or low buying intent
OccurrencesHow many times this particular signal was detected

How to Use This

  • High-intent signals deserve immediate attention -- consider reaching out to those visitors directly.
  • Track trends over time to see whether your companion is generating more or fewer conversion opportunities.
  • Combine with Audience Journey to see which lifecycle stages produce the most buying signals.
