Companion Insights
Understand how your companion is performing with detailed analytics.
Companion Insights gives you a deep look at how a single companion is performing. Every chart, card, and table is scoped to the companion you are currently viewing, so you are seeing data for just that one companion, not your whole account.
To get here, open any companion and click Insights in the navigation.
Looking for stats across all your companions at once? Head to the Dashboard instead. Insights is for zooming in on one companion at a time.
A shared date range picker and granularity selector sit in the sticky header bar alongside the tab buttons. Your selection persists when switching between tabs, so all four views always reflect the same time period. By default, data covers the last 30 days.
Insights is organized into four tabs:
Analytics
Conversation quality metrics -- resolution rates, response quality scoring, sentiment, device and geographic reach, lifecycle stages, friction signals, sales signals, failure analysis, product insights, recommended actions, top keywords, and conversation volume over time.
Engagement
Who is visiting and chatting with this companion -- chat and guide engagement summaries, session details with AI-powered analysis, guide performance rankings, and a detailed visitor table.
Support
Support tickets for this companion -- a searchable, sortable table with CRM sync, source tracking, and status badges.
Usage
Resource consumption for this companion -- storage, training tokens, and credit usage over time broken down by work type.
