The Product Insights card automatically extracts product feedback and feature requests from your conversations. It gives you a direct window into what your users want without running surveys or scheduling interviews.

What You See

Each insight includes:

ColumnWhat It Shows
TypeWhether it is a feature request, bug report, or general feedback
DescriptionA summary of what the visitor said or requested
FrequencyHow many times this particular insight has come up

How to Use This

  • Sort by Frequency to find the most-requested features or most-reported issues.
  • Feature requests that appear repeatedly are strong candidates for your product roadmap.
  • Bug reports surfaced here may reveal issues your support team has not formally tracked yet.
  • Share this data with your product team -- it is real user feedback extracted from natural conversations, which often captures needs that structured feedback forms miss.
