What You See
Each insight includes:

| Description | A summary of what the visitor said or requested |
| Frequency | How many times this particular insight has come up |
How to Use This
- Sort by Frequency to find the most-requested features or most-reported issues.
- Feature requests that appear repeatedly are strong candidates for your product roadmap.
- Bug reports surfaced here may reveal issues your support team has not formally tracked yet.
- Share this data with your product team -- it is real user feedback extracted from natural conversations, which often captures needs that structured feedback forms miss.
