The Device Analytics card shows you the technology your visitors are using to interact with your companion. This helps you understand whether to prioritize mobile or desktop experiences.

Toggle between two views using the buttons at the top of the card:
Devices

- Desktop -- visitors using a laptop or desktop computer
- Mobile -- visitors on a phone
- Tablet -- visitors on a tablet
Systems

How to Use This
- If most of your visitors are on mobile, make sure your companion's guides and content are easy to follow on smaller screens.
- A high tablet percentage may indicate your companion is being used in retail, field service, or educational settings.
- Operating system data can help you troubleshoot platform-specific issues if visitors report problems.
