Subscription Cancelled

What happens after you cancel your subscription checkout.

If you cancel during the subscription checkout flow (for example, by closing the Stripe payment window), you'll land on this page.

What you'll see

The page has a neutral design with a central card showing:

  • A gray X icon with a subtle pulsing animation
  • The heading "Subscription Cancelled" in a gray gradient
  • A message confirming: "Your subscription checkout was cancelled. No charges have been made. You can try again whenever you're ready."

No charges were made

Nothing was billed. Your payment method was not charged. If you previously had a subscription, it remains unchanged -- this cancellation only affects the new checkout attempt, not any existing plan.

Info box

A small indigo info box reassures you: "No worries! Your subscription benefits are still available." This means your existing plan (if you had one) continues to work normally.

Next steps

Two buttons help you move forward:

  • View Plans -- takes you to the Plans tab in your Wallet where you can browse available plans and try subscribing again
  • Dashboard -- takes you to your main dashboard

If you already have an active subscription and were trying to change plans, your current plan remains active and unchanged. You can try the plan change again at any time.
