This is the reference for every metric Aura tracks — the same explanations apply whether you're looking at data for one companion in Companion Insights, or across your whole organization on the Dashboard.

This section explains what each metric means and how to read it. To see the metrics themselves, go to your Dashboard (org-wide) or a companion's Insights (single companion).

Analytics

Resolution rate, response quality, sentiment, friction, keywords, and more.

Engagement

Chat and guide engagement, sessions, traffic, and companion performance.

Support

Support tickets raised during conversations.

Usage

Credits, storage, and training tokens consumed.

Some metrics only appear in one scope — a page will say so explicitly when that's the case (for example, Sales Signals and Failure Analysis are shown per-companion in Insights only, while Companion Performance is shown org-wide on the Dashboard only).
