Your companion doesn't have to live only on Aura. Integrations let you extend it to the places your users already are — your own website, messaging apps like WhatsApp and Slack, and the CRM your support team already uses.
Messaging Channels
Chat on Aura itself, embed a widget on your site, or connect WhatsApp and Slack.
CRMs
Escalate conversations to Zendesk, HubSpot, Zoho Desk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk.
Open your profile menu (click your avatar) and select Integrations — that's the whole path, one click from anywhere in Creator Mode. The Integrations page covers Widget, Slack, and your CRM directly; WhatsApp is set up on its own dedicated page, linked from the WhatsApp card under Messaging Channels.
