Payment Cancelled
What happens if you cancel during checkout.
If you cancel a credit purchase during checkout (for example, by closing the Stripe payment window or clicking the back button), you'll land on this page.
What you'll see
The page has a warm-toned design with a central card showing:
- A red X icon with a subtle pulsing animation
- The heading "Payment Cancelled" in a red-to-orange gradient
- A message confirming: "Your transaction was cancelled. No charges have been made. You can try again at any time."
No charges were made
This is the most important thing to know -- nothing was charged. If you see this page, your payment method was not billed. Your credit balance remains exactly as it was before.
Info box
A small amber info box reminds you: "Need help? Contact our support team anytime."
Next steps
Two buttons help you move forward:
- Try Again -- takes you back to the Wallet page where you can start a new purchase
- Dashboard -- takes you to your main dashboard
You can retry your credit purchase at any time. Just head to your Wallet and choose a credit package again.
