What You See
| Metric | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Unique Users | The total number of distinct visitors during the selected period |
| Active Users | The number of visitors who actively engaged (started a chat or guide) |
How to Use This
- A large gap between unique users and active users may indicate that visitors are landing on your companion but not engaging. Consider improving your companion's welcome message or initial prompts.
- Track these numbers over time by changing the date range to spot growth trends.
