What You See
| Metric | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Guide Runs | The number of times guides were started during the selected period, with a trend sparkline |
| Total Duration | The combined time visitors spent in guides |
| Average Rating | The mean rating visitors gave after completing a guide |
How to Use This
- The sparkline helps you quickly see whether guide usage is growing or declining.
- If total runs are low relative to chat sessions, visitors may not be discovering your guides. Consider promoting them in your companion's welcome message.
