What You See
Each row in the table shows:
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| User | The visitor who started the conversation |
| Start Time | When the conversation began |
| End Time | When the conversation ended |
| Duration | How long the conversation lasted |
| Messages | The number of messages exchanged |
| Credits Used | How many credits the conversation consumed |
| Rating | The rating the visitor gave (if any) |
| Insight | A resolution status badge -- resolved, partially resolved, or unresolved |
AI-Powered Insights
Click the insight icon on any row to see a detailed AI analysis in a popover. The analysis includes:
- Overview -- a summary of what the conversation was about
- Quality Scores -- how well your companion performed in this specific conversation
- Friction Signals -- any roadblocks the visitor encountered
- Sales Signals -- buying intent detected during the conversation
- Escalation Details -- information about any escalation that occurred
- Recommended Actions -- specific suggestions for handling similar conversations better
