Guide Performance
A ranked table of all your guides with completion times, ratings, and resolution rates.
The Guide Performance table ranks all of your companion's guides by their effectiveness, helping you identify your best-performing guides and the ones that need improvement.
What You See
Each row in the table represents one guide and includes:
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Guide Name | The name of the guide |
| Last Run | When the guide was most recently used |
| Total Runs | How many times the guide has been started |
| Avg. Completion Time | The average time visitors take to finish the guide |
| Avg. Rating | The mean rating visitors gave for this guide |
| Resolution Rate | The percentage of runs that ended with the visitor's goal resolved |
| Tickets Raised | How many support tickets were created from this guide |
| Steps | The number of steps in the guide |
The top three guides are highlighted for quick identification.
Working with the Table
- Search -- type a guide name to filter the list
- Filter -- narrow results to specific guides
- Sort -- click any column header to sort by that metric
How to Use This
- Guides with low resolution rates may need their steps revised or additional content added.
- If a guide has a high number of tickets raised relative to its total runs, it may be failing to solve the problem it was designed for.
- Compare average completion time against the number of steps -- if completion time is high for a guide with few steps, visitors may be getting stuck on particular steps.
