User Traffic

How many people are showing up, and how many actually engage.

The User Traffic card gives you a high-level read on volume: how many people you're reaching, and what share of them turn into a real interaction.

What you see

A headline active rate — the share of unique users who engaged (started a chat or guide) — shown as a donut of Active vs. Passive users, plus supporting stats. What those stats are depends on scope:

  • On the org-wide Dashboard: Total visits, Profile visits, and Companions (distinct companions visited).
  • In Companion Insights (per companion): Total visits, Total chats, and Active users.

How to use this

  • A large gap between unique users and active users suggests people are landing on your companion but not finding a reason to start talking — consider a clearer welcome message or an inviting first prompt.
  • On the Dashboard, a high Profile visits count relative to total visits can mean people are browsing your public creator profile without engaging any specific companion — worth checking whether your profile makes it easy to jump into a conversation.
  • For who these people actually are, see User Activity.
