Guide Performance
A ranked table of a companion's guides, by effectiveness.
Shown in Companion Insights only — ranking guides only makes sense within a single companion's set of guides.
The Guide Performance table ranks all of a companion's guides so you can spot the best-performing ones and the ones that need work. The top three get trophy styling.

Filtering and sorting
- Guide — multi-select.
- Search — filter by guide name.
- Sort — click any column header.
How to use this
- Low Resolution Rate on a guide usually means its steps or content need revising.
- A high Tickets Raised relative to Total Runs suggests the guide isn't actually solving the problem it was built for.
- If Average Run Time looks high for a guide with few steps, people may be getting stuck at a specific step — worth reviewing that guide directly.
- Compare against Chat Engagement to see how much of this companion's traffic goes to guides versus free-form chat.
