User Activity
A detailed, expandable list of everyone who has interacted with your companions.
The User Activity table lists every person who has interacted with your companion (or, org-wide, with any of your companions), with an accordion you can expand for more detail.
What you see
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| User | Name, email, and last known location when available. Anonymous visitors get a name and email derived from any intake-form data they've submitted, instead of showing as a bare "Anonymous". |
| Activity Time | When they were last active, and when they first showed up. |
| Visits | On the Dashboard, split into Creator visits and Companion visits; in Companion Insights, a single total for this companion. |
| Chats | Total chat sessions started. |
| Avg Rating | Their average rating across sessions, if any. |
Expandable detail
- On the Dashboard: click a row to expand an accordion showing every companion this person has interacted with — Companion, Activity Time (last chat / last visit), Visits, Chats, and Avg Rating, each per companion. This cross-companion breakdown is unique to the Dashboard.
- In Companion Insights: rows aren't expandable. Clicking a user with at least one chat instead opens that user's chat transcripts for this companion directly.
Filtering and search
- Users — multi-select.
- Search — find people by name or email.
- Sort — click any sortable column header.
- Pagination — configurable page size.
How to use this
- On the Dashboard, the per-companion accordion is the fastest way to see whether a given person prefers one companion over another.
- Sort by Avg Rating to find people who interact frequently but rate poorly — they may need direct follow-up.
- Sort by Activity Time to spot lapsed users worth re-engaging.
