Companion Performance
A ranked leaderboard comparing all your companions side by side.
Shown on the org-wide Dashboard only — Companion Insights is scoped to a single companion, so there's nothing to rank against.
The Companion Performance table puts every companion in your account side by side so you can see which ones are performing best and which need attention. The top three (by whatever column you're sorting on) get trophy badges.
What you see
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| # | Rank, with trophy styling for the top 3. |
| Companion | Name, avatar, and a visibility dot (public/private/not shared). |
| Last Activity | When this companion was last used. |
| Chat Sessions | Total chat sessions. |
| Average Session Time | Average length of a chat session. |
| Average Session Rating | Average user rating. |
| Resolution Rate | Share of sessions resolved. |
| Tickets Raised | Support tickets generated. |
| Storage (total) | Lifetime storage used — not affected by the date range selector above the table. |
| Training Tokens (total) | Lifetime training tokens used — also lifetime, not date-range-scoped. |
Clicking a row opens that companion's Insights page.
Filtering and sorting
- Sort by any column — trophy badges re-rank automatically.
- Search — filter by companion name.
- Companions — multi-select.
- Visibility — filter to Public, Private, or Not shared.
How to use this
- Sort by Resolution Rate to find companions whose knowledge base needs the most attention, independent of raw volume.
- Storage and Training Tokens are always lifetime totals here, even when you've narrowed the date range for everything else — use them to find your heaviest resource consumers regardless of recent activity.
- Use the visibility filter to evaluate your public-facing companions separately from private or internal ones.
