Guide run activity and performance metrics at a glance.
The Guide Engagement card mirrors Chat Engagement, but for guided, structured experiences instead of free-form chat.
What you see
| Metric | What it shows |

| Runs | Total guide runs in the selected period, with a sparkline showing the trend. |
| Total time | Combined time spent in guides across all runs. |
| Rating | Average star rating across rated runs. |
Average duration isn't shown for guides — run length depends heavily on how many steps a given guide has, so it's not a comparable number the way chat duration is.
How to use this
- Rising run counts mean your guides are being discovered and chosen over free-form chat for at least part of your traffic.
- Compare against Chat Engagement to see how people split their time between structured guides and open conversation.
