The Chat Sessions table gives you a detailed, per-session view of every chat conversation — every session shows up here, regardless of how many messages it has or whether it's been analyzed yet.
What you see
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| # | Rank in the current sort order. |
| Companion | Shown only on the org-wide Dashboard, where sessions span multiple companions. |
| User | Who chatted — name, avatar, and email when available. |
| Start / End | When the session began and ended. |
| Duration | How long the session lasted. |
| Messages | Number of messages exchanged. |
| Credits Used | Credits consumed by this session. |
| Rating | The star rating given, if any, with a feedback tooltip. |
| Insight | The resolution status pill (resolved / unresolved / escalated / abandoned), with an info button that opens the full AI analysis for that session. |
If a session hasn't been analyzed yet, the Insight column shows an Analyze button instead of a pill — click it to trigger analysis, which typically completes within a few seconds.
Filtering and search
- Companions — multi-select, Dashboard view only.
- Users — multi-select.
- Search — find sessions by keyword.
- Sort — click any sortable column header.
- Pagination — page sizes of 10, 20, or 50.
How to use this
- Because every session appears here — including short or unanalyzed ones — this table is your ground truth for volume; use the Resolution Rate card for the analyzed success rate, which excludes abandoned sessions.
- Use the Insight popover to review AI analysis without reading full transcripts.
- On the Dashboard, filtering by companion lets you compare how the same user behaves across different companions.
