The Top Keywords card shows you the words and phrases that come up most often in conversations across all your companions. It's a quick way to understand what's on your visitors' minds.

What you see

A ranked list of the most frequently mentioned words and phrases, extracted from conversations across your entire organization. Higher-ranked keywords appear more often in visitor messages.

Why this matters

Keywords reveal what your visitors actually care about — not what you think they care about. This data is pulled directly from real conversations, making it one of the most honest signals you have.

How to use this

• Prioritize training content. If a keyword appears frequently but your companions aren't handling it well, that topic needs better coverage in your knowledge base.
• Spot emerging trends. New keywords appearing in the list can signal a shift in what visitors need, a new product launch generating questions, or a developing issue.
• Validate your assumptions. Compare the top keywords against the topics you've trained your companions on. If there's a mismatch, you may be over-investing in topics visitors don't ask about and under-investing in ones they do.
• Pair with other cards. Use this alongside Product Insights to connect what visitors are talking about with what they're explicitly requesting.
