Understand your visitors across all companions.
The Engagement tab on the Dashboard shows visitor activity across your entire account -- every visitor who has interacted with any of your companions. This is the place to understand your audience as a whole, not just for one companion.
A granularity selector and date range picker at the top let you control the time period for all data on this tab.
The tab has five main sections:
- Summary cards -- Three cards at the top covering sessions, visitor traffic, and engagement rate. The visitor traffic card shows Total Visits, Org Visits, and Companions.
- Companion Performance -- A ranked table of all your companions by sessions, ratings, credits, and more. Filterable by companion and share status.
- Chat Sessions & Insights -- A unified conversation table with AI-powered analysis across all companions. Supports multi-select filtering by companion and user.
- Visitor Insights -- A detailed, searchable list of every visitor across all companions, with an expandable inline detail for each user. Supports multi-select user filtering.
- User Deep-Dive -- Expand any visitor row to see their per-companion activity breakdown directly within the table.
