Analytics

Deep analytics across all your companions — sessions, sentiment, traffic, and performance.

The Analytics tab is the default view when you open your Dashboard. It gives you a comprehensive look at conversation quality, visitor behaviour, and companion performance across your entire account.

A collapsible date range selector at the top lets you filter all data to a specific period. By default it shows all-time data.

Companion Leaderboard

A sortable, searchable table ranking all your companions by credits, sessions, ratings, storage, and more.

Session Insights

A detailed table of every conversation across all companions, with AI-powered analysis of intent, sentiment, and resolution.

Metric Cards

Three summary cards appear at the top of the tab:

Query Resolution — shows the breakdown of resolved, partially resolved, and unresolved conversations as percentages.
User Sentiment — displays the positive, neutral, and negative sentiment split across all sessions.
Device Analytics — shows which devices and operating systems your visitors are using.

Charts

Below the metric cards you will find:

Companion Performance — a usage breakdown showing how each companion compares on key metrics.
Conversation Trends — a time-series chart of conversation volume. You can group the data by Intent, Sentiment, or Resolution using the toggle above the chart.

Additional Insights

At the bottom of the tab:

Geographic Distribution — a map or list showing where your visitors are located by country and region.
Top Keywords — the most discussed topics across all conversations.
