The Product Insights card automatically surfaces what your visitors are asking for. Instead of reading through every conversation, you get a summary of the feature requests, complaints, and suggestions that visitors have mentioned across all your companions.

What you see

A collected view of product-related feedback extracted from conversations, including:

  • Feature requests — Things visitors wish your product or service could do.
  • Complaints — Problems or frustrations visitors have mentioned.
  • Suggestions — Ideas and improvements visitors have offered.

Why this matters

Your companions talk to visitors all day. Those conversations contain valuable signals about what people want, what's broken, and what's missing. This card pulls those signals out automatically so your team can act on them.

How to use this

  • Share these insights with your product team to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Look for recurring themes. If many visitors are asking for the same thing, it's probably worth prioritizing.
  • Pay attention to complaints. They often highlight gaps between what visitors expect and what they're getting.
  • Use this alongside Top Keywords to see whether the topics visitors care about align with what they're explicitly requesting.
