Companion Dashboard
Understand how your companion is performing with detailed analytics.
The Companion Dashboard gives you a deep look at how a single companion is performing. Every chart, card, and table is scoped to the companion you are currently viewing, so you are seeing data for just that one companion, not your whole account.
To get here, open any companion and click Companion Dashboard in the navigation.
Looking for stats across all your companions at once? Head to the Dashboard instead. The Companion Dashboard is for zooming in on one companion at a time.
A shared date range picker and granularity selector sit in the sticky header bar alongside the tab buttons - portaled in from wherever you are in the page, so they stay put as you switch tabs. Your selection persists when switching between tabs, so all five views always reflect the same time period. Until you pick a range, data covers all time - there's no default 30-day window.
The Companion Dashboard is organized into five tabs. Detailed field-by-field breakdowns for every card and table live in the Metrics - the pages below link straight into it.
Analytics
Conversation quality metrics - resolution rates, response quality scoring, sentiment, device and geographic reach, lifecycle stages, friction signals, top keywords, and conversation volume over time.
Engagement
Who is visiting and chatting with this companion - chat and guide engagement summaries, session details with AI-powered analysis, guide performance rankings, and a detailed user activity table.
AI Insights
Sales signals, product insights, failure analysis, and recommended actions in full detail, each linking back to the conversation it came from.
Support
Support tickets for this companion - a searchable, sortable table with CRM sync, source tracking, and status badges.
Usage
Resource consumption for this companion - storage, training tokens, and credit usage over time broken down by work type.
