Visitor Details
Visitor detail expansion is not available in Companion Insights.
In the companion-level Visitor Table, rows are not expandable. Unlike the Dashboard's Visitor Insights table, clicking a visitor row here does not open an inline detail view.
Why There Is No Detail View Here
The companion Insights page is scoped to a single companion, so per-companion breakdowns (which are the purpose of the detail expansion) would not add useful information -- you are already looking at one companion's data.
Where to Find Visitor Details
To see a visitor's full cross-companion activity, go to the Dashboard's Visitor Insights table and expand the visitor's row. The User Deep-Dive shows a per-companion breakdown including visit counts, chat counts, average ratings, and last chat times for every companion that visitor has interacted with.
The Dashboard's Visitor Insights table covers your entire account and lets you expand any visitor row to see their activity across all companions. Head to the Engagement tab on your Dashboard to access it.
