Visitor Details

Dive deep into a specific visitor's activity and history.

When you click on any visitor in the Visitor Table, the table is replaced with a detailed profile panel showing everything about that visitor's interactions with this companion.

What you will see

Visitor identity

At the top of the panel, you will see the visitor's name (or "Anonymous Visitor" if they were not signed in), their avatar, and their email address if available.

Activity stats

Four stat cards give you a quick summary of this visitor's engagement with your companion:

  • Visits -- How many times they visited this companion's page
  • Chats -- How many conversations they started
  • Avg Rating -- The average star rating they gave across their conversations (shown with a star icon)
  • Last Activity -- When they most recently interacted, shown as a relative time (e.g., "5 hours ago") with the exact date below

Geographic and device info

If location data is available, you will see the visitor's country, city, region, and timezone. Device information may include their browser and operating system.

Going back

Click the back arrow at the top-left of the panel to return to the visitor table. Your search, sort, and page position are preserved.

If you want to see the actual conversations this visitor had, you can navigate to the companion's chat history from the detail panel to find their sessions.

This detail view is scoped to a single companion. To see a visitor's activity across all your companions, use the User Deep-Dive on the Dashboard instead.
