Activity Table

The Visitor Insights table on the Dashboard shows every visitor who has interacted with any of your companions. Unlike the visitor table in Companion Insights (which is scoped to one companion), this table covers your entire account.

Table Columns

Each row represents one visitor and shows:

• # -- Row number based on the current sort order.
• User -- The visitor's name and avatar. For signed-in users, their email is shown below the name. For anonymous visitors, the label "Anonymous Visitor" appears with generated initials. Location (city and country with a map pin icon) is displayed as a line below the email.
• Activity Time -- When the visitor was last seen, shown as a relative time (e.g. "2 hours ago"). The date they were first seen appears below.
• Visits -- Total visit count across all your companions.
• Chats -- Total chat count across all your companions.
• Avg Rating -- The visitor's average star rating across all conversations, shown with a star icon.
• Expand chevron -- Click to expand the row and reveal the per-companion breakdown (see User Deep-Dive).

Sorting

Click any column header to sort. Available sort options:

• Total visits -- Find your most frequent visitors across all companions
• Total chats -- Find the visitors who chat the most overall
• Last seen -- See who visited most recently (default sort, newest first)
• First seen -- See your earliest visitors
• Avg Rating -- Find your highest or lowest-rated visitors

Searching and Filtering

Type in the search box to filter visitors by name. The table updates after a short delay as you type.

A multi-select dropdown lets you filter by specific users.

Pagination

Choose how many visitors to show per page: 10, 20, or 50. Navigation controls appear at the bottom with the total visitor count.

Date Range

The visitor table shares the tab-level date range and granularity controls at the top of the Engagement tab. Changing the date range or granularity updates all sections on the tab, including this table.
