Activity Table

See all visitors across your companions in one place.

The Activity Table on the Dashboard shows every visitor who has interacted with any of your companions. Unlike the visitor table in Companion Insights (which is scoped to one companion), this table covers your entire account.

Table columns

Each row represents one visitor and shows:

  • Visitor name -- For signed-in users, their name and avatar. For anonymous visitors, a generated label with initials.
  • Total visits -- How many times this person visited any of your companion pages (combined across all companions).
  • Total chats -- How many conversations they started across all your companions.
  • Last seen -- When they most recently visited any of your companions.
  • First seen -- When they first discovered any of your companions.
  • Location -- Their city and country, shown with a map pin icon.

Sorting

Click any column header to sort. Available sort options:

  • Total visits -- Find your most frequent visitors across all companions
  • Total chats -- Find the visitors who chat the most overall
  • Last seen -- See who visited most recently
  • First seen -- See your earliest visitors

Searching

Type in the search box to filter visitors by name. The table updates after a short delay as you type.

Pagination

Shows 10 visitors per page with navigation controls at the bottom.

Date range

The activity table has its own date range selector. Click the date button in the table header to change the time period. This filters visitors to only show those who were active during the selected dates.

Click any visitor row to open the User Deep-Dive, where you can see their full activity across every companion they have interacted with.
