Engagement
See who's chatting with your companion and how they feel about it.
The Engagement tab shows you how visitors are interacting with this specific companion. While the Analytics tab focuses on conversation quality, the Engagement tab is about the people -- who they are, how often they come back, and how engaged they are.
This tab has two main sections, each with its own date range selector:
- Summary cards at the top (three cards covering sessions, visitor traffic, and engagement rate)
- Visitor table below (a detailed list of every person who has visited or chatted with this companion)
Session Stats
Total sessions, engagement time, average session duration, and average rating.
Ratings
How visitors rate their conversations with your companion.
Visitor Table
A searchable, sortable list of every visitor with visit counts, chat counts, and location data.
Visitor Details
Click into any visitor to see their full interaction history with this companion.
