Engagement
See who's chatting with your companion and how they feel about it.
The Engagement tab shows you how visitors are interacting with this specific companion. While the Analytics tab focuses on conversation quality, the Engagement tab is about the people -- who they are, how often they come back, and how engaged they are.
A granularity selector and date range picker at the top let you control the time period for all data on this tab.
This tab has three main sections:
- Summary cards at the top -- three cards covering sessions, visitor traffic, and engagement rate. The visitor traffic card shows Total Visits, Total Chats, and Active Users.
- Chat Sessions & Insights -- a unified conversation table with AI-powered analysis, scoped to this companion. You can filter by user.
- Visitor Insights -- a searchable, sortable list of every person who has visited or chatted with this companion.
Session Stats
Total sessions, engagement time, average session duration, and average rating.
Ratings
How visitors rate their conversations with your companion.
Visitor Table
A searchable, sortable list of every visitor with visit counts, chat counts, and location data.
