Top Keywords
The topics people bring up most often in conversation.
The Top Keywords card is a ranked table of the topics extracted from analyzed conversations, so you can see at a glance what people are actually talking about.
What you see
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| # | Rank by mention count. |
| Topic | The extracted topic or keyword, with a proportional bar showing its share relative to the top topic. |
| Mentions | How many conversations included this topic. |
Header stats summarize the total number of distinct Topics and total Mentions across all of them. The table is searchable, sortable, and paginated.
How to use this
- Recurring topics near the top of the list are strong candidates for new help-center articles, FAQ entries, or training resources — if people keep asking, it's worth documenting once instead of answering every time.
- Cross-reference with User Sentiment — a high-mention topic with negative sentiment attached is a priority fix, not just a popular one.
- Watch for new topics entering the top of the list after a product change; it's often the fastest signal that something shifted in what people need help with.
