AuraAura Docs

Subscription

Your current plan and billing details.

Shown on the org-wide Dashboard only — subscription and billing are organization-level concepts, not scoped to a single companion.

Your plan, credit balance, and renewal details live together in one billing card at the top of the Usage tab.

What you see

  • Plan name, and how many credits it allocates per month.
  • Renewal or expiry, shown as a relative date ("renews in 12 days") alongside the exact date.
  • Credit balance, broken into how it's made up: Plan credits (from your subscription), Top-up credits (purchased separately), Bonus, Refund, and Trial credits, each shown in the balance breakdown.
  • Reserved balance — credits held for work currently in progress, shown separately from what's spendable right now.
  • If your balance has gone negative, an outstanding amount is shown — this is recovered automatically from your next top-up or renewal.

Manage or upgrade your plan, or recharge credits, directly from this card.

The full billing and credits model — plans, renewal mechanics, and top-ups in depth — is covered separately in the Billing section of these docs.

How to use this

  • Watch the outstanding amount if it appears — it means you've dipped into negative balance and it'll be deducted from your next credit event.
  • Use the reserved figure to understand why your spendable balance is lower than your raw balance — that gap is credits committed to work that hasn't finished yet.
  • Pair with Credit Consumption to see what's actually driving your balance down.
