How to chat in a different language.
Some companions support multiple languages. If the creator has enabled additional languages, you can switch the conversation language from the chat input area.
How to switch languages
Look for the language selector near the text input bar at the bottom of the chat screen. It shows the currently active language. Click it to see a list of available languages, then select the one you want. The companion will start responding in your chosen language from that point forward.
What happens when you switch
When you change the language, the companion adjusts its responses to match. Your existing messages in the conversation stay as they are — the switch only affects new messages going forward.
The available languages depend on how the creator has set up the companion. If you don't see a language selector, it means the companion only supports one language.
Tips
- Switching languages mid-conversation is perfectly fine. You can go back and forth as needed.
- The quality of responses in each language depends on the companion's training and the underlying AI model. Some languages may produce more natural responses than others.
