Chat Sessions & Insights
Detailed session-by-session breakdown with AI-powered analysis across all companions.
The Chat Sessions table gives you a detailed, session-by-session view of every chat conversation that has happened across all your companions. Unlike the version in Companion Insights, this table includes a Companion column so you can see which companion each session belongs to.
The table
Each row represents a single chat session. The columns include:
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Visitor | The name of the person who chatted. |
| Companion | The companion's name and avatar. This column is unique to the Dashboard view. |
| Start Time | When the conversation began. |
| Duration | How long the session lasted. |
| Messages | The number of messages exchanged during the session. |
| Rating | The star rating the visitor gave, if any. |
| Sentiment | An AI-detected sentiment indicator for the overall tone of the conversation. |
Expandable session analysis
Click any row to expand it and reveal an AI-generated analysis of that session. This analysis summarizes what was discussed, highlights key moments, and flags anything noteworthy — so you do not have to read through every message yourself.
Filtering and search
- Filter by companion — a multi-select dropdown lets you narrow the list to sessions from specific companions.
- Filter by user — focus on conversations with a particular visitor.
- Search — find sessions by keyword.
- Sort — click any column header to reorder the table.
- Pagination — browse through sessions page by page.
Why this matters
- Spot patterns across your entire organization — for example, whether certain companions consistently receive lower ratings or shorter sessions.
- Use the AI-generated analysis to quickly review sessions without reading full transcripts.
- Cross-companion filtering helps you compare how the same visitor behaves with different companions.
