Visitor Insights
A detailed look at every visitor who has interacted with any of your companions.
The Visitor Insights table lists every person who has interacted with any companion in your organization. It is the most complete view of your visitor base, and it includes an expandable per-companion breakdown that is only available here on the Dashboard.
The table
Each row represents one visitor. The standard columns include:
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Visitor | Name and email address. |
| Total Visits | How many times this person has visited any of your companions. |
| Total Chats | How many chat sessions they have started across all companions. |
| Average Rating | The average star rating they have given across all their sessions. |
| Last Active | When they most recently interacted with any companion. |
Expandable per-companion breakdown
Click any visitor row to expand it and see their activity broken down by companion. The expanded view shows:
- Which companions they visited — every companion this person has interacted with.
- Visits per companion — how many times they visited each one.
- Chats per companion — how many chat sessions they started with each one.
- Average rating per companion — the average rating they gave to each companion individually.
- Last chatted — when they most recently had a conversation with each companion.
This cross-companion breakdown lets you understand how individual visitors move between your companions and whether they prefer certain ones over others.
The expandable per-companion breakdown is unique to the Dashboard. In Companion Insights, visitor data is scoped to a single companion.
Filtering and search
- Search — find visitors by name or email.
- Filter — narrow the list using available filters.
- Sort — click any column header to reorder by that metric.
- Pagination — browse through your visitor list page by page.
Why this matters
- Identify your most active and engaged visitors across your entire organization.
- See which companions a specific visitor prefers and how their experience varies between them.
- Spot visitors who interact frequently but give low ratings — they may need attention or a better-suited companion.
- Track when visitors were last active to understand retention and re-engagement patterns.
