Feedback Collection
Let visitors rate and review their conversations.
The Feedback section lets you collect user ratings after every conversation. When enabled, users are prompted to rate their experience when the chat ends.
The Toggle
The Enable Ratings toggle has two states:
On -- Collecting Feedback (Default)
"Users rate their experience after each chat."
When enabled, users see a rating prompt at the end of their conversation. They can rate the experience from 1 to 5 stars and optionally leave a text comment with additional feedback.
This is the default for all new companions -- feedback collection is turned on from the start.
Off -- No Feedback
"No rating prompt -- conversations end freely."
When disabled, conversations simply end without any rating prompt. Users will not be asked for feedback.
How to Change
- Go to the Advanced tab
- Find the Feedback section
- Click the Enable Ratings toggle
Where to See Feedback
The ratings and comments collected from users are available in your companion's Insights section:
- Insights > Engagement tab shows session stats including average rating, total ratings received, and rating distribution
- Individual chat transcripts in the Conversations section also show the rating a user gave for that specific conversation
Feedback is invaluable for improving your companion. Even if you do not check it every day, having it turned on means you are building up a history of user satisfaction data that you can review anytime.
