Knowledge Sections
Add custom facts and information your companion can use.
Knowledge sections are the simplest way to teach your companion specific facts. Each section is like a category or topic, and within each section you add individual knowledge items as label-value pairs.
What Is a Knowledge Item?
A knowledge item is a fact with two parts:
- Label -- The question or topic (e.g., "Business hours", "Return policy", "Price of Basic plan")
- Value -- The answer or information (e.g., "Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST", "30-day returns on all items", "$29/month")
Your companion uses these items to answer user questions accurately. When someone asks about business hours, the companion will look up the matching knowledge item and respond with the correct information.
