Sales Signals
Conversion opportunities detected in conversations, with a direct link back to each conversation.
Shown in Companion Dashboard only - this view isn't currently available on the org-wide Dashboard.
Sales Signals surfaces conversations that showed real buying intent, so your sales or growth team can follow up while interest is fresh - and can open the exact conversation to see the context for themselves.
What you see
A searchable, sortable, filterable list of opportunities, one per row:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Opportunity | A short description of the signal - what the user seemed interested in or ready to act on. |
| Intent | Buying intent level: High, Medium, or Low. |
| Created | When this opportunity was first raised, in a conversation from the selected date range. |
| Updated | When this opportunity was most recently raised, in a conversation from the selected date range. |
| Count | How many conversations showed this same opportunity. |
Expand any row to see a grid of every conversation behind it: who was chatting, when, and a short summary of that specific conversation. Click a source card to open that conversation's full transcript in a new tab, or tap its info icon for a quick-look popover instead.
How to use this
- Sort by Intent to surface High-intent opportunities first - these are the conversations worth following up on soonest.
- Expand a row and open a transcript before reaching out - you'll walk into the follow-up already knowing exactly what the person asked and how the conversation went.
- A rising count of similar opportunities can point to a specific feature or plan tier worth actively promoting.
- Cross-reference with Audience Journey - a high volume of Pre-Sale-stage conversations with strong sales signals is a good sign your companion is doing real conversion work, not just support.
