Forgot Password
How to recover access if you have forgotten your password.
If you can't remember your password, you can request a reset link from the sign-in page. Here's how.
Go to the sign-in page
Open Aura and navigate to the sign-in page. You'll see the email and password fields along with the social sign-in buttons.
Click "Forgot password?"
Below the password field, you'll find a Forgot password? link. Click it. The form will switch to a recovery mode where only the email field is visible.
Enter your email address
Type the email address associated with your Aura account and click Send Recovery Link.
Check your inbox
You'll receive an email with a secure reset link. Check your inbox (and your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes). The link is valid for 15 minutes.
Click the link
The link in your email will take you to the Reset Password page where you can set a new password.
If your account was created using Google or Microsoft sign-in, you don't have a password to reset. Use the same social provider button on the sign-in page instead.
Didn't receive the email?
- Double-check you entered the correct email address
- Look in your spam or junk folder
- Wait a minute or two -- sometimes email delivery takes a moment
- Make sure your email address is actually registered on Aura
