Managing Collections
Edit your collections and filter or search across them.
After creating your collections, you can tweak their details and quickly find the companions inside them.
Editing a collection
Each collection appears on the Collections page as its own expandable card. Click the card's header to expand or collapse it. In the header, next to the name, icon, and companion count, you'll see a pencil icon - click it to open the edit dialog.
From here you can change:
- Name - Update the collection name (up to 50 characters).
- Description - Add or modify the optional description (up to 200 characters).
- Icon - Pick a different icon from the 35 available options.
- Color - Switch to a different preset swatch, use the color picker, or enter a hex code.
Click Save when you're done. Changes are reflected immediately.
Filtering and searching
The toolbar at the top of the Collections page has two tools:
- Collections dropdown - a multi-select filter listing every collection you have, each with its companion count. Check the ones you want to see; the page only shows those collections' cards. Leave nothing checked to see all of them.
- Search - filters the companions shown across your visible collections by name. It searches companions, not collection names.
Inside each expanded collection, a grid/list toggle switches that collection's companions between the visual card grid and a compact list layout - independent of the toggle on other collections.
If your search or collection filter doesn't match anything, you'll see a message distinguishing the two cases: "No companions matching your search" when a search term comes up empty, versus "No companions in selected collections" when your Collections dropdown selection has nothing in it.
There's currently no way to delete a whole collection from the Collections page. If you no longer need one, remove the companions from it - see Organizing Companions - and leave it empty.
