Subscription & Credits

View your current plan and credit balance.

The top row of the Dashboard's Usage tab shows two cards side by side: your subscription details and your credit balance.

Subscription card

This card shows your current plan and its status.

What you will see

  • Plan name -- The name of your current subscription (e.g., "Starter", "Professional", "Enterprise") with a colored badge.
  • Status -- One of several possible states:
    • Active -- Your subscription is live and renewing normally.
    • Trialing -- You are on a free trial period.
    • Cancelling -- You have requested cancellation, but your plan is still active until the end of the billing period.
    • No Plan -- You do not currently have an active subscription.
  • Renewal date -- When your plan will renew next, along with a countdown showing how many days remain.
  • Plan features -- Key limits for your plan, including the number of companions allowed, storage limit, and monthly credit allocation.

Manage plan button

Click the Manage Plan button to go to your Wallet where you can change plans, view invoices, or cancel.

Credits card

This card shows your current credit balance and how it breaks down.

What you will see

  • Available balance -- The big number at the top. This is your total available credits right now -- the sum of unused plan credits and any top-up credits you have purchased.
  • Usage bar -- A progress bar showing how much of your total credit pool (plan credits + top-ups) has been used.
  • Plan credits -- How many credits from your monthly plan allocation you have used out of the total (e.g., "2,450 of 5,000 used").
  • Top-up credits -- Any additional credits you purchased separately, shown as the remaining balance.
  • Renewal date -- When your plan credits reset (your next billing date).

Recharge button

Click the Recharge button to go to the Wallet where you can purchase additional top-up credits if you are running low before your next renewal.

Credits are shared across all your companions. Every conversation, document processing job, and video processing task draws from the same credit pool. For a detailed breakdown of what each companion is costing you, check the Performance tab.
