Credit Analytics
Track your storage usage, training tokens, and companion count.
The Analytics card on your Billing Overview gives you a quick picture of how your account resources are being consumed. It sits alongside your balance and plan cards so you can see everything in one view.
Storage
A progress bar shows how much of your organization's storage allowance you have used. Storage is consumed when you upload documents, images, and other files to your companions' knowledge bases — and it is reclaimed the moment you delete them, so this number moves in both directions.
The bar shows your current usage (e.g., "4.2 MB") against your organization's limit (e.g., "500 MB"). The bar changes color as you approach your limit:
- Indigo — you are well within your allowance
- Amber — you are at 75% or more of your limit
- Red — you are at 90% or more — time to clean up or upgrade
This bar shows your organization total, set by your plan. Every individual companion also has its own fixed ceiling — 1 GB storage and 1M training tokens, regardless of plan — that a bigger plan does not raise. See How Credits & Storage Work for the full explanation.
Training tokens
A second progress bar tracks how many training tokens you have used against your organization's limit. Training tokens are consumed when Aura processes your uploaded documents and prepares them for a companion's knowledge base.
The same color-coding applies: indigo for healthy, amber when you are getting close, and red when you are nearly at your limit.
Your companions
Below the progress bars, you will see a count of how many companions you currently have. This gives you a quick reference without needing to navigate to your Creator Profile page.
View Dashboard
At the bottom of the Analytics card, click View Dashboard to jump straight to your Dashboard's Usage tab, where you can see a full credit-source breakdown, per-type usage, and detailed storage and training-token consumption across all your companions.
