Support Tickets
All support tickets across every companion in your account.
The Support Tickets page gives you a single, searchable table of every support ticket submitted across all companions in your account. Instead of checking each companion individually, you can manage everything from one place.
What you see
Each row in the table shows:
- Subject -- the title or topic of the ticket.
- Companion -- the name and avatar of the companion the ticket was submitted through. This column is unique to the organization-wide view.
- Source -- whether the ticket came from a chat conversation or a guide.
- User -- the person who submitted the ticket.
- Status -- a color-coded badge showing the current state: open, in progress, resolved, or closed.
- Created -- when the ticket was submitted.
Filtering and searching
You can narrow the table down using several filters:
- Companion -- a multi-select dropdown to show tickets from specific companions only.
- Source -- filter by chat or guide.
- Status -- filter by open, in progress, resolved, or closed.
- Date range -- limit results to a specific time window.
- Keyword search -- search across ticket subjects to find what you need quickly.
Working with tickets
Click any ticket row to open its full details. From there you can review the conversation, update the status, or take action.
If you have a CRM connected, each ticket will also show its sync status so you can confirm it made it into your external system.
For tickets scoped to a single companion, visit that companion's Insights page.
