Session Insights
A detailed table of every conversation with AI-powered analysis.
The Session Insights table (titled "Chat Sessions & Insights" in the Dashboard) shows every conversation that has taken place across all your companions. Each row is enriched with AI-generated analysis, giving you a window into what visitors are asking and how well your companions are handling it.
Table Columns
Each row represents one conversation and shows:
- # — row number based on the current sort
- Companion — the companion's name and avatar
- User — the visitor's display name or identifier
- Start / End — when the conversation started and finished
- Duration — how long the conversation lasted
- Messages — the number of messages exchanged
- Credits — how many credits the conversation consumed
- Rating — the star rating the visitor gave (decimal out of 5, or "N/A" if none)
- Feedback — any text feedback the visitor submitted
- Intent — the AI-detected purpose of the conversation (e.g. informational, transactional)
- Sentiment — visitor sentiment: positive (green), neutral (gray), or negative (red)
- Resolution — whether the conversation was resolved (green), partially resolved (amber), or unresolved (red). Unresolved rows show a tooltip with the failure reason and an optional suggestion.
- Action — a View button to open the full transcript, or an Analyze button if AI analysis has not been generated yet
Search
Use the search box to filter by chat ID, user name, email, or companion name. The search updates after a short delay as you type.
Sorting
Click any column header (except #, Feedback, and Action) to sort the table by that value. Click the same header again to reverse the direction.
Pagination
Choose how many conversations to show per page: 10, 20, or 50. Navigation controls appear at the bottom with the total conversation count.
Empty State
If no conversations match your filters, a friendly message appears: "No conversations found — try adjusting your date range or search."
