Subscribing to Updates

You can subscribe to product updates so you never miss what's new. There are two ways you'll be notified: email and in-app notifications.

How to subscribe

From the updates page

At the top of the Product Updates page, you'll see a Subscribe button. Click it to open the subscription dialog.

• If you're signed in -- the subscription is linked to your account automatically. Just confirm and you're subscribed.
• If you're not signed in -- you'll be asked to enter your email address. Submit the form and you'll receive update emails at that address.

Automatic subscription

When you create a new Aura account, you're automatically subscribed to product updates. You don't need to do anything -- update notifications will start appearing in your notification center and you'll receive email digests.

Email notifications

When the Aura team publishes a new update, subscribed users receive an email with the update title, description, and a link to read the full details on the platform.

In-app notifications

New product updates also appear as global notifications in your Notification Center. These show up in your Inbox tab and are marked with the Update type. Global notifications are visible to all users and cannot be deleted or archived.

Managing your subscription

Checking your status

On the updates page, the subscribe button reflects your current status:

• Subscribe (with a bell icon) -- you're not currently subscribed
• Subscribed (with a green bell icon) -- you're actively subscribed

Unsubscribing

Click the Subscribed button on the updates page to open the unsubscribe dialog. You'll be asked for an optional reason (to help the team improve), then confirm to unsubscribe.

Once unsubscribed:

• You'll stop receiving email notifications about new updates
• You'll still see global in-app notifications (those go to all users)
• You can re-subscribe at any time by clicking the Subscribe button again
