Account Alerts

Important alerts about your subscription and credits.

Account alerts are special, high-priority banners that appear in two places: at the top of your notification inbox and as a banner bar at the top of the app. They're designed to make sure you don't miss critical information about your subscription and credits.

Account alerts are only shown in Creator Mode. If you're using Explore Mode, you won't see subscription or credit alerts.

Types of account alerts

No Active Subscription (red, critical)

Appears when you don't have any subscription at all, or your subscription has been cancelled or expired.

  • Title: "No Active Subscription" or "Subscription Inactive"
  • Message: "Subscribe to access all features!" or "Your subscription has ended. Renew to continue!"
  • Action button: Subscribe -- takes you to the Plans page
  • Cannot be dismissed -- this alert stays visible until you subscribe

No Credits (red, critical)

Appears when your credit balance has reached zero.

  • Title: "Services Paused"
  • Message: "Credits exhausted. Recharge to resume!"
  • Action button: Recharge -- takes you to your Wallet
  • Cannot be dismissed -- this alert stays visible until you add credits

Subscription Expiring Soon (orange, warning)

Appears when your trial or subscription is ending within 10 days and you haven't renewed.

  • Title: "Trial Ending Soon" or "Subscription Ending Soon"
  • Message: Shows the number of days remaining (e.g., "5 days remaining!")
  • Action button: Upgrade (for trials) or Renew (for subscriptions) -- takes you to the Plans page
  • Dismissible -- you can close this alert, but it will come back after 1 hour

Low Credits (orange, warning)

Appears when your credit balance drops below 50 credits.

  • Title: "Low Credits"
  • Message: Shows your remaining balance (e.g., "42 credits remaining!")
  • Action button: Recharge -- takes you to your Wallet
  • Dismissible -- you can close this alert, but it will come back after 1 hour

Where alerts appear

The banner version appears as a slim, colored bar across the top of the app. Each alert has:

  • An animated icon on the left (shaking for critical alerts, pulsing for warnings)
  • The title and message text
  • An action button on the right
  • A dismiss button (X) if the alert is dismissible

The banner has a subtle shimmer animation that sweeps across it.

Inside the notification panel

When you open the Notification Center (bell icon), account alerts appear at the very top of the Inbox tab, above your regular notifications. They look similar to the banner version -- colored background, animated icon, title, message, and action button.

Dismissing alerts

Critical alerts (no subscription, no credits) cannot be dismissed. They'll stay visible until the underlying issue is resolved.

Warning alerts (expiring subscription, low credits) can be dismissed by clicking the X button. When dismissed:

  • The alert hides from the banner bar for 1 hour
  • After 1 hour, it reappears automatically
  • The notification panel and banner stay in sync -- dismissing in one place affects the other
