Training Tokens
How many training tokens your companions have consumed across your account.
The Training Tokens card shows your total training token usage across all companions in your account, so you know how close you are to your limit.
What you see
A progress bar displays your total training tokens consumed versus your account limit. The bar changes color based on usage:
- Green (under 75%) -- plenty of capacity remaining.
- Amber (75% to 90%) -- approaching your limit. Plan accordingly.
- Red (over 90%) -- nearly at capacity. Action needed.
What consumes training tokens
Training tokens are consumed when you process materials to train your companions -- documents, videos, and images. Every piece of content you upload and process counts toward your token limit.
What happens when you hit your limit
When you reach your training token limit, you will not be able to process new training materials until your next billing cycle resets the allowance, or until you upgrade to a plan with a higher token limit.
